How It Works
Join the 12 Bars of Charity – Kansas City and make a night out something that gives back! Here’s everything you need to know:
1. Register Online & Get Your Gear
Once you sign up, you’ll receive your official 12 Bars of Charity sweatshirt—your team color, your pass for the night, and your ticket for free shuttle rides between participating bars. Sweatshirts and merch ship soon, so register early to guarantee your size.
2. Crawl for a Cause
Throw on your team sweatshirt and hit the town! You’ll enjoy exclusive drink specials, no cover at any participating venue, and free shuttle service between stops (where applicable).
3. Celebrate in Good Company
12 Bars of Charity is all about community and inclusion. We welcome everyone—regardless of race, gender, orientation, or background—and ensure all venues are wheelchair accessible. Sign-language interpreters and other accommodations are available upon request.
4. Make a Difference Together
Since 2012, over 180,000 participants have helped raise more than $2 million for nonprofits nationwide. Beyond donations, this event connects charities with new supporters, sponsors, and volunteers each year.
