ABOUT CHEF JOE WEST

Joe West is the Executive Chef of Le Mans Kitchen in Sarasota, Fl. With more than 25 years of culinary experience, he has held leadership roles in some of the country's most respected kitchens, including Bluestem in Kansas City, the two-Michelin-starred Alex at Wynn Las Vegas, Frasca Food & Wine, 21c Museum Hotel, and his own pop-up concept, Kusshi.

Prior to Le Mans Kitchen, West recently spent five years as Vice President of Culinary for Fine Dining Restaurant Group in Jackson Hole, leading culinary strategy across a diverse portfolio of hospitality concepts.

West is known for creating ingredient-driven cuisine that blends comfort and refinement. His accolades include recognition as one of Eater's Young Guns, winner of Cincinnati's Iron Fork Competition, and National Finalist honors in the Ora King Awards.
