Join us for Power Hour at the PNC Plaza in the Power & Light District on Wednesday, July 15 for a free outdoor Barreless Barre class for ages 18+.
WHAT TO EXPECT
FREE registration for ages 18+ on Wednesday, May 20 from 5PM-8PM.
Check-in for the Barreless Barre starts at 5PM in the PNC Plaza. Class is from 5:30PM - 6:15PM and after, pop into Tropical Smoothie Cafe for 10% off your order or a free protein add-on until 8PM.
Equipment is not provided. We kindly ask that guests bring their own yoga mat and water bottle.
